Note: Selling status and 2029 occupancy per a Lakeview Community Partners representative (Oct 2026). DECO's own page says Southbanks is "coming this fall" from $549K, and Lakeview Community Partners lists rooftop terraces and up to 4 bedrooms. Name and joint DECO/Opus builders confirmed by Puneet. Unit count still needs confirming.
