Note: Phase 1 sold out and Phase 2 not yet released per Puneet and a Lakeview Community Partners representative (Oct 2026). Some listing sites and Branthaven's page still say "now selling" from the March 2026 launch, and completion dates there range from 2027 to early 2028.
