Note: Move-in timing per a Lakeview Community Partners representative (Oct 2026). The unit count is unresolved: listing sites say 863 suites across both towers, NextHome said 867 at launch, and Tridel's own page does not give a number. Tridel says suites run from 599 to over 2,000 sq ft around a 57,000 sq ft courtyard, designed by Alliance and II BY IV DESIGN, and won BILD's 2023 People's Choice and Best High-Rise Design awards. Tridel no longer staffs the Discovery Centre; enquire by phone or the QR code on site.
