Note: Greenpark describes the tower as "42 floors" of suites; some listing sites say 43 storeys. More than 100 suites sold in the first release (Aug 2025), and Greenpark's page now shows Phase 3 selling, with a "Live Easy" offer of up to 24 months mortgage-free. The total unit count awaits confirmation from Greenpark.
